1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Client") and IFZA AI ("IFZA AI", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, software products, custom development, and technology consulting services.

By browsing this website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a software product, or engaging our software solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Description of Services & Software

IFZA AI operates as a software development and technology solutions business. Our scope of commercial offerings includes:

• Development of customized software applications, web platforms, and mobile apps.
• Pre-packaged modular software suites and automation utilities.
• Integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning APIs into business systems.
• Technical maintenance, security updates, and consulting services.

Specific project deliverables, milestones, and implementation schedules for custom work are documented in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or written quotes.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When utilizing our website or software products, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, genuine, and verifiable contact and billing information.
• Use the software and services strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable Indian and international cyber laws.
• Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute malware, or compromise the operational integrity of our website or systems.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any software license keys, administrative logins, or API credentials provided to you.

4. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property

Pre-Packaged Products: Unless explicitly designated as open-source or custom work-for-hire, software products purchased from IFZA AI are licensed, not sold. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the software for internal business operations.

Custom Bespoke Software: For custom software development projects where all agreed milestone invoices have been cleared, the intellectual property rights to the custom code deliverables transfer to the client as defined in the applicable project agreement.

Brand IP: The IFZA AI name, logo, website design, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of IFZA AI.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR — ₹). Applicable statutory taxes (such as GST if applicable upon final registration) will be specified upon billing.

We offer two primary payment models clearly indicated on each product:

• One-Time Payment: A single, upfront payment for ready software products, licenses, or defined milestone retainers. No recurring charges apply.
• Subscription: Recurring monthly or annual fees for ongoing cloud maintenance, software patches, and priority assistance.

Online payment transactions are processed through certified payment aggregators, specifically PhonePe Payment Gateway. IFZA AI does not store sensitive card PINs, UPI PINs, CVVs, or bank login credentials on our servers.

6. Order Confirmation & Delivery

Upon successful verification of payment from the payment gateway, you will receive an on-screen order confirmation and an automated email receipt containing your Order ID and transaction details.

Digital software packages, license keys, or access credentials are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout within 12 to 24 hours of successful payment verification.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed strictly by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime prior to the next billing cycle by emailing muneerurothodi@gmail.com.
• One-time software license refunds are considered if a technical defect is reported within 7 days of purchase and our technical support team is unable to remediate the defect.

8. Third-Party Services

Our software and solutions may interface with third-party APIs, libraries, hosting providers, or payment gateways (including PhonePe). IFZA AI is not responsible for interruptions, rate limits, policy changes, or downtime caused by independent third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, IFZA AI and its representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our software or services.

In all events, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any product or service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to IFZA AI for that specific product or milestone in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Services & Terms

We reserve the right to modify our service specifications, pricing, and these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
